I can’t say enough good things about David and his team! This was our first time doing a commercial renovation, and I’m so glad we chose such an experienced, reliable, and helpful team. From the beginning, David was very responsive and supportive throughout our business build-out. He was with us every step of the way, even when we had to make pivots or when little issues came up. Our project manager, Pasha, was also incredible to work with. He took care of everything and made the process feel so much less stressful on our end, even working weekends and overnight when needed. The original space was fully demolished, and David’s team helped bring our vision to life. In its place, they built 5 soundproof treatment rooms, a kitchen, an office, and a beautiful gym with amazing lighting and wall accents. We’re super pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend David and his team.

We recently opened our first Splash and Dash location in Burlington, and Octopus Renovation Group was the company behind the buildout of our shop. Commercial construction projects are rarely simple, especially when timelines, inspections, technical issues, landlords, and franchise requirements all collide at the same time. What stood out with Octopus was their ability to keep moving forward under pressure while staying solution-oriented. Their team was responsive, professional, and always available to discuss adjustments, unexpected situations, and last-minute details that naturally happen during a commercial project. A special thank you as well to Viktoriia, David, Nick, and the rest of the team for their involvement throughout the process. Building a business is stressful enough, having a contractor that stays engaged and committed makes a real difference. Our salon turned out beautiful, and we’ve already received many compliments from customers about the space. If you are looking for a company for a retail, clinic, office, or franchise buildout, we definitely recommend Octopus Renovation Group. Thanks again for helping bring our vision to life.

I’ve worked with Octopus Group on multiple renovation projects for my aesthetics businesses, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. My representative, Kolya, managed the entire process from start to finish in a very professional and organized manner. Their team is highly professional in their work, providing clear and accurate timelines and making sure I was satisfied throughout every stage of the project. The quality of the work was excellent, with strong attention to detail and reliable execution. They also helped me save costs wherever possible and went beyond their scope by assisting with coordination on items that weren’t even their direct responsibility, which made the entire process much smoother. I will definitely continue working with them on future projects without any hesitation.

Our office renovation turned out absolutely amazing! The new design is modern, elegant, and perfectly reflects our company’s style. Every detail — from lighting to furniture — was thoughtfully planned and executed. The workspace now feels brighter, more open, and much more inspiring. The renovation team worked efficiently and completed everything on time. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out throughout the project. We’re thrilled with the result — it completely transformed the atmosphere in our office!
